How far in advance should I place custom cake orders?
For signature pies and standard menu cakes, we require 24 hours advance notice. For elaborate multi-tiered wedding cakes or sculpted 3D custom cakes, we recommend placing your order at least 5 to 7 days in advance so our master decorators can sculpt your custom toppers.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free cake options?
Yes! We offer a dedicated range of gluten-free almond crust fruit pies, eggless chocolate sponges, and vegan berry cheesecakes. Please indicate any specific dietary requirements or food allergies when submitting your custom order form.
How does your cold temperature delivery service work?
All delicate cream cakes, cheesecakes, and fruit pies are dispatched in temperature-controlled refrigerated delivery vans maintaining 4°C to 8°C. This guarantees that your cake arrives in pristine, chilled condition without melting during transit.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Orders cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a 100% full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery are subject to a 30% ingredient preparation fee. Custom 3D fondant toppers already in production cannot be refunded.
How should I store my artisan cake or pie after receiving it?
Fresh fruit pies and cheesecakes should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery and consumed within 3 to 4 days. Fondant custom cakes should be kept in an air-conditioned room away from direct sunlight; avoid refrigerating fondant to prevent moisture condensation.

All online payment transactions are processed through 256-bit SSL encrypted payment gateways. My Cutie Pies does not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or sensitive banking credentials on our local servers.
